How Do I? - Apply for a Library Card

Come on into the one of our Library Locations. Simply fill out the application form and the staff can get you a library card on the spot. The whole process takes 10 minutes!

Who's eligible?

All residents of Dickinson County, Michigan are eligible to receive a library card. If you are a landowner in Dickinson County, you are also eligible. Non-residents can obtain a card for $35.00 per year.

What do I need to bring?

• A photo id with your current address
• If you are under 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• If you are a landowner, you must bring in a copy of your current tax receipt for the property owned in Dickinson County.
